Do a portability test after this one.

Stopac1905d ago

It'll probably be the same. (If you were trying to be smart, PS4 has remote play and the dual shock 4 is supported.)

MadLad1905d ago

Streaming isn't equal to playing natively on hardware.

Shiken1905d ago

I have remote play. It cannot compare to running natively, trying to compare the two is a joke at best. If anything it only shows how bitter you are about Switch owners having a portable option.

Stopac1905d ago (Edited 1905d ago )

I dunno about you guys but remote play does pretty great for me. I doubt I’d be missing out much sticking with the PS4 version of the game.

I own both consoles, since they both have exclusives, and well... the only games I play on hand held mode on switch these days are Pokémon and deemo. Everything else on tv.

Stopac1905d ago (Edited 1905d ago )

Oh lol I forgot this was the game people thought was a persona 5 port. No wonder people are kinda hot and bothered about the two being compared.

Listen ps5 switch is probably going to happen some day, especially since atlus is having a poll about it. But I get to choose between the switch or PS4 versions and I’m gonna choose the one that plays smoother, that’s my right. Sorry! Big pill to swallow, I know.

Shiken1904d ago

I played P5 with remote play on my VITA and tested the phone version. If you are teying to say it is comparable to Switch, you are lying. I have a 1000mps connection and STILL had issues when I was not on the same wifi network. I will take Switch over PS4 remote play any day when it comes to portability, as I actually have tried both ways and call BS on your comment. Even trying to claim otherwise puts a big bias tag in your post, regardless of whether you have both consoles or not.

Stopac1904d ago

Well I’m not saying that. I’m saying it’s good enough it gets the job done if I ever needed to play it in a portable way. Which let’s be honest I wouldn’t.

Stopac1904d ago

And of course I’m bias towards the one the that looks like it plays smoother? That’s not a bad bias to have. I don’t need to play this on portable mode, does your head make that static white noise (like when you switch to a channel that doesn’t have a station on it) whenever I say that? Gurl you can put that tag on me, unless there’s a strong need to play a game wherever I’m at or if the switch version has some exclusive features, I’m gonna choose the PS4 version. Get over it and your silly little “native play is better that remote play,”. of course it is. It’s also irrelevant.

And I’m sorry remote play isn’t working out for you, maybe you need to configure your ports? There’s YouTube videos of people who are having just as smooth gameplay as me. One dude is playing that stupid fortnite game even, without a controller for some reason, but my point still stands.

To everyone going on about PS4 streaming, you need wifi for that. Good look on the train/plane/remote location.

kevinsheeks1905d ago

I'm only getting this to continue the persona 5 story >.> im thinking should i get royal or not but it probably doesn't add to the story.

Teflon021905d ago

What??? You think Royal would have a whole 3rd added to the game and it doesn't add to the story? Lol

Stopac1905d ago

Persona 4 golden ended up having a lot added and it was all canon. Marie showed up in games that chronologically followed like the persona 4 arena games.

Larrysweet1904d ago

of course it adds changes etc that's the whole point

notachance1904d ago

well if you ever played Persona 4 golden you'd know there should be lots of changes, it's more like an expansion than DLC.

that said, it's still overall the same story (though people who played the japanese version said the ending was different if i'm not mistaken)

Persona 5 Scramble (PS4) Review | VGChartz

VGChartz's Thomas Froehlicher: "Fans of Atlus' legendary JRPG will be thrilled to find in Persona 5 Scramble a true sequel. Even in a very different genre, the Koei Tecmo-developed title extends Persona 5's enjoyment in a remarkable way, and it represents much more than a simple milking of Persona 5's universe. Persona 5 Scramble makes clever use of the 'Warriors' gameplay while maintaining the spirit of the original title at all times, which includes rich mechanics and stellar storytelling. These numerous important, positive qualities fortunately make up for some outdated visuals. Let's just hope Atlus strives to improve on that aspect with its future releases."

Great list but I'm not in any rush to play Genshin Impact. I hear it's going to be gatcha hell game with pretty makeup on.

DarkZane1679d ago

Granblue Fantasy Re:Link ... although I am starting to think this is just never coming out at this point. Also, I would have put Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel IV.

Elda1679d ago

I definitely looking forward to playing these 3 first... FFXVI,Granblue Fantasy:Relink & Persona 5 Scramble though I am interested in Scarlet Nexus & Tales Of Arise as well.

Well done for Atelier Ryza. The best RPG I played in 2019!

Hakuoro1734d ago

Cool, Atelier is one of my favorite series, i'm glad Ryza sold so well.

Knightofelemia1734d ago

Koei Tecmo one of my fave studios would love an HD remaster of the Ar Tonelico/Ar Nosurge collection. I would also like a new Dynasty Warriors Gundam game along with an HD remaster of the Dynasty Gundam games and a Blue Reflection 2.
