The ESRB rating for Re:Mind has confirmed that the DLC will feature blood, drinking alcohol, and swearing, all something not present in the original game.

Not really. All this ties into the Pirates of the Caribbean world. If your fine with your kids playing the POTC world in the base game it's fine here.
