Conan Exiles Continues "Strong Performance;" Getting "Larger Update" Next Year

lve just started my reinstalling of the game. l liked it before but the gods were too much.

Don't play on official servers. That's basically the rule of thumb. Search a private server in which the admins enforce the rules you enjoy and have the mods that suit your playstyle, and that'll improve the game a million times.

Funcom's servers are an absolute no no.

First of all, the basic ruleset isn't that great, and certainly doesn't fit everyone's taste. Gods are a good example, and unregulated PvP tends to be tiresome for many. Private servers tend to have more balanced rulesets, and you can pick and choose what suits you the most.
For instance, many restrict offline raiding, so people can attack your base only when you're around to defend, instead of waking up one day and finding that all your work has been destroyed when you could do nothing about it.

The most relevant issue is that no one really takes care of official servers, so they're a wild west. Private servers tend to have active admins that will keep things running smoothly.

Mods are the icing on the cake. There are many (only on PC) that improve the game by a lot.

I uninstalled this game a while ago from Steam. Because it would constantly do long updates.

I have Exiles from a free PS+ month but haven't played it yet. Is it fun and engaging?

Unpopular opinion I guess, but I thought it was poorly made on Ps4. Interface wasnt readable(font size issues) tutorial was also unintuitive and had parts where it was telling you to do things but not guiding you through the very aged interface. Felt like I was playing Two Worlds.

Damn I know what you mean about Two Worlds because I was so looking forward to it only to be very disappointed! Same with Legendary the Box but anyways thanks for the info!

It's vastly superior on PC, but the console port is pretty decent. Definitely worth giving it a shot. I love the game.
