I really want Xenoblade Chronicles X on the Switch, can't believe that hasen't been ported. I'm playing Skyward Sword at the moment and I'm almost finished, but it's so long and the controls are so bad, even without motion. Astral Chain is fantastic though, they should make a sequel.

The recently released Bayonetta 3 was originally planned to be “semi-open world” along the lines of Astral Chain, at least according to reports. Bayonetta 3 of course wound up being an action adventure game in the same vein as precursors Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2. The reason for the change appears to have been little more than random circumstance.
Definitely. I LOVED the original, but this series needed something new to stay fresh.
I hope Astral Chain returns. Anyway I can see the inspirations from it and Scalebound scattered throughout the in the game.
