"FIFA 09 does a lot of things right. From the moment you take control of the superbly animated Ronaldinho in the menu’s Arena mode, it’s clear that EA has delivered the sternest challenge yet to Konami’s reigning champion. But it’s still far from perfect and ultimately leaves you wanting more. For many gamers though, FIFA will be the preferred football option this year, and even this staunch PES fan finds it hard to disagree."
