I was honestly not too sold on Tite Kubos artwork being in Sakura Wars but the more I see of this game the more I like.

GameBoyColor2115d ago

I Love Kubo's art. Bleach is one of the most clean and beautifully drawn manga out there still to this day. These drafts look amazing too.

I had no idea they had a FOTNS RPG on the app store. I know what I'm downloading later today.

Nerdmaster1920d ago (Edited 1920d ago )

I honestly found it funny you casually writing "FOTNS" like most people would know what you're talking about :P

Cmv381920d ago (Edited 1920d ago )

I have no clue what he's talking about lol

Edit...it just hit me.

Vanfernal1920d ago

The people who need to know know. XD

ZeekQuattro1920d ago

I didn't even think of it like that until now. Lol If I had a top 10 Anime of all time Fist Of The North Star would be on that list so of course I know the abbreviation for it. Others maybe not so much. Lol

NukeDaHippies1919d ago

I was panicking for a second, cus I had no idea what he was talking about. Glad I'm not alone

Well, it make sense a lot of their games were only available on Japan and only for the PS4. That as far as I know already lost its market share to the Switch.

TheHateTheyGive1920d ago

What market share did sony lose? Switch is not a competitor to playstation or xbox anywhere in the world, switch is in the portable handheld gaming market.

TK-661920d ago (Edited 1920d ago )

You're deluded if you think they're not competing. Even if someone owns both a PS4 and a Switch the two companies are competing to get the owner to buy games on their system. If a multiplat releases which system does the consumer buy it for? If the consumer is debating buying it for one system over another it means they're competing. If two exclusives release in close proximity there will be consumers who choose to just purchase one over the other due to not having the time for both.

Sorry, but this idea that the Switch and PS4's presence in the market in no way impacts eachother is some top tier delusion.

Tross1919d ago (Edited 1919d ago )

While that is true, in Japan in particular handheld gaming is an even bigger deal than in the rest of the world, and when you take the concept of a handheld and make it double up as a console, that just eats even more into the console share of Japan's gaming market...or adds to it? Whatever the correct term is here, the Switch is taking some market share from the PS4.

Sure, the PS4 has more to offer for the at-home gamer by virtue of having more power and better online infrastructure. However, there are at least a couple of reasons why that comes with a bigger sacrifice to the average Japanese gamer than for most gamers elsewhere in the world. Also, gamers who primarily play visual novels and other such games might not need their system to have 4K resolution. That does not account for all Japanese gamers, but it does account for a sizable portion of them.

Segata1919d ago

Switch has 12 million sold in Japan to PS4's 8-9 million. So it has a larger audience in Japan than PS4.

I think SEGA is doing with Persona the same thing Disney did with Star Wars, releasing too many products in the franchise expecting to get a boatload of money, but only managing to make people get tired of them too quickly.

TheColbertinator1920d ago

Release those games in the west and we can start talking obviously. Despite the resources Sega can give Atlus, we still have to wait for localization for several months

Abcdefeg1920d ago

Persona 5 was great but some extra content is not reason enough to buy and play such a long game again

gold_drake1919d ago

the issue isnt the western market, but the japanese market. alot of games get the "remix" treatment over there. and because p5 was a hit here, we get it aswell. thats usually not the case tho.

NukeDaHippies1919d ago

Maybe for some fools, but not this one.
