The 3DS was relatively successful, but so many people have never played its best games. Some Nintendo Switch ports could change that.
"Sega's Crazy Taxi is an arcade driving classic. It introduced the concept of picking up fares in a taxi and then delivering them to a destination at a breakneck pace. A few games have been inspired by Crazy Taxi, the most interesting of which has to be the upcoming Castle Cab from new indie Australian developer Royal Reign Studios. Not only does Castle Cab take place in a fun medieval setting, it will also feature 4-player split-screen co-op," says Co-Optimus.
"A big part of being a cat pirate is sailing the seas and traveling from place to place. What better way to do just that than by playing Cat Quest III on the go? Soon, aspiring kitty pirates will be able to enjoy the charming cat-themed action RPG on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. That should be a purrfect option for gamers who don't have the game on Switch or Steam Deck. The iOS version will still support 2-player local co-op, thankfully," says Co-Optimus.
Mojang announced the release date for the latest Game Drop for Minecraft and a significant visual upgrade for the Bedrock Edition.
Virtual Console in general needs to come to Switch
"relatively".. lol as far as that generation of handhelds went it wasn't even a competition..
I could see Luigi's Mansion 1 and 2 on switch. Also, add Metroid Samus Return and Super Mario 3D land. I am sure there are a bunch of gems.
Indeed. Keep 3ds games alive in some way.
"Relatively successful" I'd say 75M+ Units sold along with 378M+ Software Units sold a great success. Sure, not as much as the DS had but the DS didn't have to compete with Smartphones and Tablets until much later in the life cycle.
