From VG247: "One of the biggest new features in Dragon Quest Builders 2 is multiplayer, but the game doesn’t do a great job of explaining how it works.
When you first boot it up, you might assume that the whole story is playable in co-op, since you have Malroth as a companion throughout. Surely you just connect up a second controller and press start, right? Unfortunately not."

Nintendo of Europe made the announcement on Twitter earlier today. The free trial period opens from tomorrow until 26th April, so that gives you a whole week to build to your heart's content!"
Excellent game. Big improvement from the first one. One that made me want to complete the game and just goof around a lot more with my creations.
