“This adds a lot of space to the city, I would say,” says quest director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz.
"Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition is a remarkable launch-day port for Nintendo's new console. Its deep, diverse, and tangible world is fully realised with impressive performance for such a low-powered device. If you've not taken your first steps into Night City already, or you're a long-time player with a portable-play itch that needs scratching, you're in for a serious treat, choom." - Alex Olney | NintendoLife
I'm glad I hadn't played it yet. Glad to hear Switch 2 is getting some decent ports. As a handheld game, this sounds amazing. Now, I'm not sure if I'm going to wait for the first sale, or go ahead and dive in. My Switch 2 just arrived an hour ago and I'm going through the System transfer ATM.
"There are two graphical modes: Quality, which targets 30fps and higher fidelity; and Performance, which ekes things out to an unusual (for a console) 40fps."
Lmao!! This not "superb". This is subpar.
Localthunk: "The honest reason I don't have microtransactions/season pass/ads/100 DLCs/etc in Balatro isn't just about the ethics of those practices but because when I play other games that have those things it makes me want to put my computer in the dishwasher and set it to pots & pans."
Cyberpunk 2077 sees impressive results on Nintendo Switch 2, delivering image quality on par with Xbox Series S and PS4 Pro.
Lets you know we basically have a portable ps4.5
Dlss will definitely help too. Quite excited how Nintendo's future 1st party will look and perform especially zelda and xenoblade. And we can finally say goodbye to a lot of games built for 720p finally as Nintendo is always the one behind in hardware power for the whole games industry.
I mean, the thing holding back the Pro is the CPU, not the GPU. It outperforming a 2013 CPU should be the least expectation, IMHO.
So it’s on par with the Xbox S….but according to some on here the series S holds back gaming. So what the narrative going to be on the Switch 2? Cricket, Cricket, Cricket………..hmmmmm that’s what I thought
You can enter a number of buildings in every game. The question is, how many of those buildings can you enter? Kind of a vague statement. Give me a percentage or number. Considering that the entire world is built around hacking and mods, shouldn’t you at some point be able to get in every building? Whether that be from force, stealth, invisibility, climbing or hacking itself?
I can’t wait for this game, but I can’t help to think that everybody is going to be disappointed on some level because developers like to overpromise and tend to not be able to reach their lofty goals or vision... due to time or hardware constraints. Which is where I’m concerned, considering that this game is a current gen game and not made for next. So hopefully they go all out for PC so that next GEN systems can be fully taken advantage of and I’m just not talking about visuals... but also in the physics and AI department. Not to mention the forementioned ability to go in more buildings.
There are 3D open world games from 1996 I can enter every building. Shenmue II I can every room of every building. This has driven me nuts about modern open world games is it's almost entirely exterior. I want to explore inside as much as outside even if unimportant like Shenmue II.
I’d rather them spend time making the game 3rd person.
