GameStop lists Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered as an exclusive

With all of the news coming out of E3 2019, it’d be easy to forget about a title that was announced for Switch only a month ago. Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered is on the way and will launch in 2019. Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will have a physical edition. However, it’s looking like it will be retailer-exclusive.

Seems like it took forever until I finally found a Gamestop that had a copy of Borderlands GoTY Remastered , got it for the Xbone & surprisingly it was a new copy , think it was last week that I found it. Employee found a sealed copy buried in the back of the store when I went to get a copy of Borderlands Handsome Collection.

Lamestop pissed me off on their Borderlands GoTY Remastered physical exclusivity , not a big fan of Lamestop , but wanted a physical copy of Borderlands GoTY Remastered , wanted the Borderlands 3 Diamond Loot Chest Ed. , which I preordered & will be getting a phyical copy of Ghostbuster : The Video Game Remastered

It's not a frequent occurrence, but it does happen with both Amazon and GameStop from time to time. It's actually not a new practice to more recent events, and people have complained about it...usually when it's GameStop that gets it, because people like to hate GS. It usually wasn't with such veracity that we see with the other thing going on elsewhere.

It's a port of a last gen game that no one really asked for it was a decent title but never really won a huge amount of acclaim so getting this as a physical exclusive well the publisher probably knew the writing was on the wall and jumped at a cash grab

I thought the newer movie was pretty good. I think they tried too hard to be politically correct with an all female cast, but the movie itself was pretty good, and that whole "girl power" thing wasn't played up in the movie beyond a line or two...usually for humor instead of trying to make a political statement. It wasn't as good as the originals, but certainly not as bad as many people acted like it was.

I didn’t think it was a very good *ghostbusters* movie though, I guess it’s a personal preference thing but to me it completely missed so much of the point/s of the original. (Which was atmospheric and legit creepy in places)

I felt the new one didn't have some of the "magic" that the original did. It was kind of unique for its time. The new one seemed more formulistic, but overall it was pretty good.

Yes it indeed is. This game originally launched during the 6th/7th gen, release year was 2009. You need to fact check things before you call yourself correcting someone, as you're wrong in this case.
