Mortal Kombat 11 DLC characters – Things won’t be getting groovy

The DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 was said to feature Evil Dead’s Ash Williams as one of its additional characters, but Bruce Campbell has killed this rumour.

Kind of how I feel about Evil Dead. The reboot was good, but it wasn't Evil Dead for me. I'm still annoyed that Starz canceled Ash Vs. Evil Dead. That series was so good and it just suffered from a lack of exposure.

Netflix needs to pick up Ash vs the Evil Dead.

Also, Ash is such a great character. I thought we were going to get a Tell Tale EVIL DEAD but that never happened. My favorite IP game form the PS2/Xbox gen was Evil Dead Regeneration (side note: on PS1, it's Bugs Bunny Lost in Time) and it would be incrediblly awesome to see Ashley Williams revived in a game somewhere.

Also, wasn't the rumor because they saw the data on the disc or PC code?

As i said in that tweet, he says Evil Dead's Ash wont be in the game, however he didnt say anything about Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness or Ash vs Evil Dead's Ash
