Anyone play this? I'm interested, i know reviews were terrible, but the difficulty and setting intrigue me.
"Fade To Silence is not a game for new gamers. It’s a punishing game that does not forgive you for poor judgment. It will not hold your hand, so make sure you have your big boy/girl pants on.
Fade To Silence is based in a post-apocalyptic frozen wasteland. You play a character called Ash. You have to gather resources just to stay alive. Fade To Silence sets you up with limited lives and permadeath. To those of you who don’t know what that means, it’s simple. When you run out of lives it’s game over, no continues just death and you have to start your adventure over again from the beginning." Roy @ Thumb Culture
Joseph Pugh writes- Fade To Silence is a hardcore survival game that acknowledges one of the worlds many truths, winter is evil. Look, if your one of those people who can’t wait for summer to be over, I don’t begrudge you that. But I would personally rather die in a pool of my own sweat than ever see another snowflake again. I don’t want to say you’re wrong, but Fade To Silence backs me up by having a Lovecraft inspired eldritch horror end the whole world with eternal winter while constantly wielding it as a weapon. Just saying.
