Will Boku Dethrone LittleBigPlanet? Probably Not

In what is a very strange time to announce a new game, Microsoft has debuted the title Boku, which hopes to capture the user-generated content fevor that surrounds Sony’s LittleBigPlanet. The game has been confirmed for both the Xbox 360 and the PC.

It’s pretty apparent that Microsoft wants this game to be in direct competition with LittleBigPlanet the day it comes out (which, at the moment, is unannounced). But will it be able to wrench away the spotlight from LittleBigPlanet? Probably not, because of two main reasons: the game’s graphics aren’t great, and it lacks the charm and personality that perforates through LittleBigPlanet
