Opinion: Blizzard needs to commit to Overwatch’s PvE or just stop trying

Aside from the level layout and playable character roster, Storm Rising doesn’t feel all that different from previous PvE endeavors, and that sameness has led to a strong vocal outcry from fans. Not only does Storm Rising further exacerbate the existing problems of Overwatch’s limited PvE options, it also exposes an ugly truth that Blizzard doesn’t want to admit: PvE is such a low priority that the studio’s current efforts feel more insulting than engaging.
