If Final Fantasy 7 Remake is an E3 No Show, Then I Don’t Know What Square Enix is Doing Anymore

The announcement of a new Final Fantasy 7-centric concert right before E3 seems to indcate that we may be seeing more of the FF 7 Remake soon.

I don't trust Square Enix's in-house development for games. They are terrible at making them and take forever to make games, and even when they do eventually release they are mediocre at best.

Recently KH3, Square Enix promotes one AAA game until release then moves onto the next, started with FF 15 then KH3 and now FF7 Remake.

Delaying it to the PS5 might be a good idea, having the first episode released at the absolute tail end of the ps4 life and the rest in the middle of the ps5 makes no sense.

Honestly, I'm hoping the game releases this year but I won't be surprised at all if it releases next gen. Square Enix needs to seriously fix how long it takes to release their flagship games. It's atrocious and is costing them millions when they should be banging out final fantasy every 4-5 years.

I know how dumb people are when they don't learn from the past. FF15 was announced as a PS3 game but ended up releasing on the PS4. I don't know why people think that a game announced mid-gen PS4 will be a PS4 game. I am betting it will end up on the PS5 and XboxGenderless
