All these lower quality games on switch should cost less than high quality games on PC, xbox one and ps4. It's funny that Nintendo switch games cost more than they do elsewhere while having the worst quality and performance than on PC xbox one and ps4. I know the puerile adult males like the portability factor because they aren't mature enough to own their own television and would actually walk around in public playing with a children's toy wearing pokemon shirts and such

Doesn't work like that. You can link a UK account to your Switch but your US Paypal or credit card will not be accepted.
