They are clearly labeled.

Those were cross-gen games. PS Now has the PS3 versions.

PSNow ahas always had PS3 games to stream. That is what makes this an awesome service. Hopefully PS5 will have native and you'll be able to dl PS3 games or just play them natively.

Good thing they added download support, I can’t imagine trying to stream mortal kombat.

I'm hoping ps5 can natively play ps3 games as well as ps4 games since, i'm not a fan of streaming games, with the new patent filings it might be true.
