It look like its worst feature. Hype is supposed to increase as you get closer to launch. Can't say that's the case here. Almost gonna call DOA.

Flying around, big environments that you can fight in the air or on the ground (or a flying ground pound from 100 feet up), 3 dimensions to explore (not just 2 dimensions with a few nooks above or below ground and invisible walls), and ability to get into and out of combat quickly is a bad thing?

If its DOA, it'll be because of the EA logo on it.

its like a big shinny gift box full of decoration and stuff but after you open it and look inside its .........

its no doubt it well sell well, remember 2k's evolve it did well @ release but it die fast too

rdgneoz31928d ago

Evolve was s multiplayer only humans vs a giant monster game. This us diablo (4 player co-op, crafting, lots of loot, etc) with flying, 3 dimensions, guns, and dungeons.

I was impressed at first, but the more I see - the more I don't like it. It looks clunky and the AI is atrociously bad.

I can see it being hyped to hell by IGN and other crooked sites, but ultimately it'll be a soulless experience.

I hope I'm wrong, always room for new and enjoyable games.

Eh, absence of flying doesn't necessitate removal of 3 dimensions. Most popular online shooters have multi-level designs and concepts that add to 3 dimensions. Fortnite, Destiny, Black Ops, etc. They all utilize 3 dimensional world designs and elements.

Putting cooldowns on Jetpacks maybe the most anti-fun act in game development.

rdgneoz31928d ago (Edited 1928d ago )

Except you can skim water, fly downwards, or dive into a body of water to prolong flight. Or play the storm class that can fly insanely long or put points into prolonging flight in your avatar (they level up and you can put points into qol type things. Javelins are the level of your avatar and damage /survivability is based on gear).

None of that sounds fun. At all.

I was reading it's all just false reports from a troll who's done things like this in the past and not Nintendo themselves.
