Bandai Namco Teases Available Costumes in Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition

The Definitive Edition of Tales of Vesperia is going to be a first time for many fans, and this includes brand new costumes not found in the original. Some of the featured costumes showcase other characters from the Tales series such as Abyss and Symphonia, while other costumes showcase a whole slew of series. Fans might recognize familiar faces from the Xenosaga and Klonoa series among the variety of others, and Bandai Namco was more than happy to tease quite a few.

how about instead of wasting your time on costumes you spend it making a game that doesn't look like a ps2 game. Hated when Symphonia was followed up by that ugly Legendia, and everyone since has looked as bad. Cell shading can look like a drawing, but it's best to not to try to emulate a 14yo artist. those hands...

You do realise this is a remaster of a ten year old game right? The last few Tales titles looked good aside from the fact the engine is starting to show its age now.

they all look terrible, just like pretty much every Japanese game outside of Kojima and From Software. Gone are the days when the most talented people came from Japan. The same game and same gameplay for over a decade, just like Koei

Well, that's bullshit. From Software games aren't that impressive graphically it's the atmosphere and artwork that makes Bloodborne and the Soul games pop. Is Koei/ Omega Force's Musou games you got? lol

The game look great, I don’t know what you are talking about. The game is supposed to look like anime, its not supposed to look realistic like games like RDR2.

Did you ever pick up FF game? Even Type 0 had great graphics for PsP port, XV hold one of best designs and graphics for current gen, and XII remaster as well as XIII are superior to bathesda and other crapy westren games. Moreover, KH3 now can easily equal to old animation CGI and even better. Dragon Quest amazingly bring perfect anime 3D style away from cel shaded.

Bandai presents best looking 2D fighting game ever with FighterZ, Level 5 does it with NNK and Dark Cloud 2 still best cel shaded game ever. Persona 5 is just amazing, also RE7 is just awesome.

Maybe you just don't like the anime aesthetic that the games use? I prefer art direction over graphics, and I love the art that the Tales series employs. It's like Okami. The polygons are blocky as hell, and it's an old game, but man, it is still gorgeous, and always will be.
