Alien: Isolation Deserves Better Than A Mobile Sequel

Couldnt agree more. I dont know what Fox think there up to but they are obviously out of touch with gamers & have lost trust in the market, thanks in big part to Alien:CM being a fiasco & IGN & Gamespot being incapable of making a proper review.

Uhh... I think Fox is just looking to release a game for the mobile market. You know, to make a bit of money to put towards a bigger game. It's not that big a deal but people are so weirded out by this game. They dont seem to realize it is not meant to replace a regular game. It is a side project, aimed at those who want to play an alien based game on the go.

Maybe it would be better if these companies would say, hey we have another game in the works but for now here is a small one you can play while you wait.

I think people are pissed because they were mislead. The hype only exists because of Alien Isolation. Mobile games are for bored people on subways.

what an absolute waste. alien isolation was not only a standout alien title, it was a terrifying horror game. to reduce the promise of a sequel to a mobile platform is a slap in the face to both alien and horror fans alike.

Edit: tho since I don't see the SEGA logo anywhere I don't see why everyone's assuming this is the sequel to Isolation.

I think the Alien franchise deserves a lot better than this. It’s about time we had a game based around the second movie Aliens, one amazing single player experience with lots of weapons and incredible set pieces. We really need some AAA developer with a big budget to do it justice.

According to Fox its not a true sequel to Isolation so there's one good thing about it, though one could argue said game should not have existed in the first place.
