This week finds Gareth, Justin, and Michael at Skewed and Reviewed looking at news from Playstation and the world of Alien games.
Alien: Blackout has revealed a new Survive mode as they look to expand the base for the game.
The game is definitely not perfect, but having a well made premium mobile game is definitely a breath of fresh air. I'm glad to hear they are further supporting this game
Amanda Ripley returns in an even more claustrophobic slice of sci-fi horror. Read Bloody Disgusting's Alien Blackout review to see if it continues the good work of Isolation on a new platform.
If all this hype is for a comic I swear to god.
Especially when they know people want a direct sequel...if they waste that story on something not many of us are going to pick up then it's even worse.
Mobile?
Just think... They could waste all that potential by releasing it on the Nintendo Switch. Now, that is scary.
The whole "read. play. watch" thing has me a little concerned. Half expecting some short comic, a mobile game and mini-web series. I really REALLY hope i'm wrong. And if there is a true sequel then I would love for Creative Assembly to hold the reigns again and not handed off to the new studio FoxNext and have this be their first game. I'm gonna remain hopeful but set expectation low.
I blame ign if this isnt a legitimate sequel.
