VGChartz is completely sourceless, it extrapolates based on small retail samplings and that's it.
They have had sales numbers up for games a month before they launched (Arc Rise Fantasia for example).
Vgchartz is not a legitimate source for sales.

This is not an opinion, this is a fact.

First, it's not "completely sourceless" if it gets data from retail stores, even if the data are just small samples.

Second, these are always tagged as rumors anyway. You don't need to continue to flag these and comment the same comments on all of these articles like I've seen you do repeatedly. These fall within N4G guidelines.

i tend to think games like this would sell much more digitally on the switch, its just much easier for a handheld.

Sirk7x1983d ago (Edited 1983d ago )

It depends on how much Bandai was expecting to sell. The delay definitely hurt sales though, and probably cost them a good amount in extra labor if they had to fix the game. With a digital price drop/sale, it will probably sell a bit more. Switch seems to have a good attach rate, and it's still a rather unique game on the system. Can definitely appeal to people that enjoy Zelda. Bandai might still potentially consider the port a success. I mean, it sold more than the Xbox version the first week (four times as much), and half of what PS4 did (according to VG), even though the amount of Switch consoles sold compared to PS4 is probably a third, so a higher percentage purchased.

My first thought was the safe rooms in the resident evil series. When you hear that enchanting music you know you’re safe.

Killer2020UK283d ago

I literally just came here to post this. That music in the Resi 1 safe rooms is playing in my head.

I was thinking TLOU work benches. Although I remember one time where it was a false security.

Perfect. 👌👌

I'd add the top of my highrise apartment in GTA Online. That calm, quiet peace, just knowing as soon as I step out that door I will be bombarded by 8 and 12 year olds calling each other n**** and f****, trolled by combat jets and rocket launchers.

The entire map of SotC is peaceful as hell. Used to just ride around exploring it.

Afterlife in Cyberpunk 2077 is a peaceful area? Erm, hands down and very hard to miss, Misty Olszewski's Esoterica is the absolute epitome of peaceful areas in that game.

The "last of us" deer location i found to be a welcoming respite. It was nice to not have someone trying to eat me.

Kingdom Hearts tend to present half peaceful areas and most of them are amazing.

Patches is 'dim-witted'? I don't know about that. That's what he wants you to think maybe.

I don't remember TW3 bosses being easy but I played it on Death March and a crippled peasant armed with a broken twig could one hit kill you.
