NBA 2K19 edges out NBA Live 19 but only by a bit.
Sports games were not lacking on the Nintendo Switch, featuring a diverse collection of games that could appeal to both casual and hardcore gamers.
From GI.biz: "Take-Two interactive is facing a class-action lawsuit over its use of loot boxes in the best-selling NBA 2K games.
Bloomberg reports the suit was filed on behalf of a minor and their guardian at the Winnebago Country Circuit Court in January, before being moved to the Illinois Northern District Court last month.
The complainant says that loot boxes "psychologically distance" players from the true financial impact of such purchases, noting that -- in the case of minors -- these are often paid for by a parent's credit card."
Amazon has discounted the physical version of NBA 2K19 to just $4.99 on the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
I admire the fight in NBA Live and I'm glad that they're improving, to hear that their animation is smoother and more realistic than NBA 2K19 is a nice feat 👍
Live actually legit looks like the better game. More fluid and overall better looking characters. The court looks so much better too. But thing is, controls wise is it better? 2k has had years to perfect while, even though I've always preferred live controls. It's probably a close call. 2k 2ill sell better for sure though
