WTMG's Leo Faria: "This Capcom Beat 'em Up Bundle impressed for unexpected reasons. I went full on board for games like Final Fight and (to a lesser extent) Captain Commando, but lesser known titles like Knights of the Round and The King of Dragons were the titles I had the most fun with."
Carl Williams writes, "Here are some fun pieces of retro gaming on sale with Steam right now. For those that do not know, this time of year is the annual Summer Sale. Tons of games go on sale for two weeks or so. For fans of older titles though, this can make it hard to find them. I am going to try and help with that a bit."
Adam Vale of The Koalition writes: The Nintendo Switch surprisingly has become my go-to console for playing two of my favorite genres, arcade-style shooters and straight to the point beat’em ups. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a strong dialogue-heavy adventure/action game but more often than not, I just want to jump in a game to shoot bad guys and do some over the top fisticuffs.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate sold 1,220,535 retail units during its opening week in Japan, the latest Media Create sales figures reveal.

On the hardware side, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate pushed Switch hardware sales to 281,222 (compared to the previous week’s 120,546), while the PlayStation 4 family moved 74,496 units and the 3DS family moved 14,272 units.
Unbelievable the Switch has sold 400k in two weeks in Japan 0_o
Switch is the perfect console for Nintendo I wouldn't be surprised if their next gen console in 4-5 years is just a Switch 2
Nintendo literally "smashed" the competition. Over 1.2 million copies of Smash in one week. 280k Switches sold making it almost 500k in the past 3 weeks alone. PS4 actually did really well too, 75k is no slouch of a sales number.
13 of the 20 titles in the list belong to the Switch, including the top 6 spots. Almost every title that charted for Nintendo was an exclusive too.
Lime, where you at buddy.. I miss your comedy.
Never in my life will I understand the appeal of these games, no surprise by these numbers Japan clearly adores Nintendo
According to birthrate data from the last decade we can see its the complete opposite
Smash is gonna be an evergreen title as well. That's the scary part. This game isn't done by a long shot.
Also, Pokemon Let's Go already passed a million, so that's more great news as well.
i like how they are already giving away the rating in the headline - way too many games that are not worth the time and money. thanks for the heads up ;-)
