Comic-inspired games are so hot right now. Marvel’s Spider-Man is making big money for and calling a lot of attention to Sony, Insomniac, and Marvel. Square Enix has Crystal Dynamics working on an Avengers project. Lego DC Super-Villains is one of the major entries in the Lego games series. The Walking Dead has inspired a lot of games. But it mainly seems like all the usual and most obvious suspects are getting their own games. It seems like it is time for companies to go off the beaten path and give other heroes and villains their due.
