When I was considering how to score this game, I had a real hard time. I did not really enjoy the game, but I did enjoy the story, which is not making things easy for me. Storywise, I loved the game, but it honestly got boring for me. This genre has many better games out there. I also sincerely doubt what will happen when the game drops from the home screen or on the longevity front... It might not hold up at all...
Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded is a roguelike RPG set within the expansive Touhou Project which invites the player to play as Reimu, the Hakurei Shrine Maiden, to investigate the latest incident to take place in the world of Gensokyo.
Touhou Genso Wanderer Reloaded, a game not that well received on launch, trying to make up for its flaws this time. Yet, is it worth the money?
Roguelike dungeon crawling has been a niche and enjoyable genre for decades. Last year's Touhou Genso Wanderer was a fun take on Mystery Dungeon games so how does this Reloaded version stack up?
