Yes. All Xbox 360 titles are yours to keep even if your subscription to Xbox Live Gold expires.

I think you can also keep playing if gold runs out. I remember I had tumblestone puzzler and my gold sub definitely had ran out yet it was still playable why is this?

@Father_Merrin: That one is a puzzler (no pun intended). Did you happen to pick it up previously?

Xbox 360 titles are supposed to stick regardless of subscription. Xbox One titles however are supposed to lock when your subscription expires IF you gained the content solely via Games with Gold.
