Hardcore and Nintendo are kind of antonymous I remember back in 1996 my 12 yo friends and cousins where all selling their N64 to buy a PS1 as they were getting more serious about gaming. It hasn't significantly changed today... Just bought a Switch from a young teenager who preffered putting the money on buying more games for his Xbox One.
