Despite what the article subtitle says, the game isn't set in the Warhammer 40k universe. It is set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe. A huge difference.

RainOfTerror2155d ago

Did not know there was a difference, the article itself stated the correct setting, I'll adjust the subtitle though.

morganfell2155d ago (Edited 2155d ago )

Not your fault. Warhammer is a fantasy universe with knights, dwarves, orcs, witches, demons, etc. Guns are very crude affairs. Think of it like a twisted dark ages on earth. This is the setting for the recent Vermintide games as well as Warhammer Total War titles (love those all). W40k is set in the 41st Millenium and earth is ruled by the god emperor. More of a sci fi setting that still has orcs, demons and the like. This is where you find the space marines. There are similar factors in both settings such as the threat of chaos.

ahh it all makes so much more sense now .. always kind of wondered how there were space marines and rats/knights in the same warhammer universe. Thanks for that :)

Mulaka looks interesting. Never played a ZoE game and SS2 is prob my favorite of the SS games.

Chaos Bane and Zone Of The Enders for me. Personally, not a bad month.

Christopher972d ago

Chaosbane is a great get, IMHO. Definitely one of those "not a must-buy but definitely want to try" games. It's got the usual Warhammer game baseline of rerunning missions and whatnot, but a different style of diablo-esque than normal that was enjoyable.

franwex973d ago

I have owned Zone of the Enders collection. I encourage you to try it. It’s corny in a good way and not very long games.

Germaximus973d ago

Chaosbane is pretty cool if you're into games like Diablo

JayRyu973d ago (Edited 973d ago )

I own ZOE physical nice to have the digital to downloaded to launch when I want to play it. The same with Samurai Showdown.

Looking forward to trying out ChaosBane

Good month for GWG
