Detroit: Become Human has been out for about 5 days now and it has been positively received by multiple gamers and critics. Many citing the game's stale gameplay but praising the branching narrative. Offering a variety of paths that shifts the story base on the player's actions, allowing you to craft your own narrative. However, despite the story cast and excellent soundtrack, it's Connor who stands out as not only the best character but Detroit: Become Human's savior.
Detroit: Become Human - Tokyo Stories, a new comic inspired by the 2018 universe created by Quantic Dream. This first volume, finally translated into English by publisher Yen Press, follows the story of Reina – an android idol who’s attracted fame and helped change the public’s perception of robots.
Elon Musk and Tesla have unveiled the Tesla Optimus robot, and just like that, we're one stop closer to Detroit: Become Human.
...this has got to be a joke, the thing looks like it was put together by me when comparing it to something from Boston Dynamics from 20 years ago. They might make good Halloween decorations though as they move more like an animatronic from Spirit Halloween
Is N4G a place to promote a conman now?
Detroit: Become Human has officially sold over 10 million copies, making it the second most popular choice-and-consequence game after The Witcher 3, which sold over 50 million copies.
"making it the second most popular choice-and-consequence game after The Witcher 3"
Stupidest line I have heard in a long time from a gaming article.
I actually found Connor to be the least interesting character. As the game wore on it was Marcus that really grew on me. He broke out of control early in the game, he got himself a girlfriend, he faced impossible odds as the leader of Jericho, taking the fight to humans for their abuse and persecution of androids.
I'm sorry but what did Connor do? For most(if not all) of the game he's just a brainwashed tool helping the oppressors.
Honestly, I love the three of them equally and for various reasons. Which goes to show the excellent motion capture / narrative.
all 3 characters are interesting and have awesome stories
I loved all 3 characters. Connor and Hank were a great duo. I had Connor so focused on the mission at first, but than had him eventually come to terms with how crappy Amanda & Cyberlife were. Betrayed her. Hank was annoyed with Connor, but they became friends in the end. Connor died tho =(
Markus & Kara were wonderful in their own right.
Um what?
