A recent reddit post claims that the forthcoming comet will not be crash landing on Tilted Towers but will be making its way to Dusty Depot. Now, this does make sense as Titled Towers is one of the most populated places on the map and destroying that can be a very bad move.
So, targeting Dusty Depot does seem to the safer option. And there are other leaks as well like;
- The meteor will be hitting Dusty Depot, and NOT Tilted Towers as so many believe.
Epic has thought this area of the map has needed an update for a long time.
- The map will always be evolving. The map will be updated WEEKLY in Season 4.
Epic feels like they had a wasted opportunity with Tilted Towers going up all at
once.

Wish it would leave early access already! My son keeps begging me to let him play or watch me play.
He YouTubes it all the time anyways. He watches fortnight all day long, but gets bored when he watches me play God of War.
