Here’s Why Metro Exodus Doesn’t Have Multiplayer

thank god ... not every single game ever made needs MP shoehorned in to waste dev time ... the metro games have delivered great experiences, it would be a shame to see that diluted just for some MP that no one would play anyways ....

The claustrophobic setting and the feeling of isolation is a huge part of what sets the atmosphere for the Metro series. And what do you mean "emphasis on firefights"? That makes it sound like it's some action shooter where you fight hordes of enemies. Ammo is scarce and you really have to pick your battles in Metro. There's plenty of fps out there for every type of multiplayer experience. Only a handful of well made single player ones. Let them stick to their strengths instead of halfassing a multiplayer experience.
