The lifecycle of Switch was a prominent topic discussed during Nintendo’s latest financial results briefing. President Tatsumi Kimishima, managing executive officer Shinya Takahashi, and Shigeru Miyamoto weighed in on year two and the system’s future in general. Kimishima once again spoke about the importance of year two.

WTMG's Oliver Shellding: "Chronicles of the Wolf is fine. The score is strong and electronic, a bit out of place but not overly so. The system feels flawed but never broken. I beat most bosses by just wailing on them repeatedly. Getting a gun feels like cheating and you can do it pretty early on. I never actually cared when I leveled up. “Fine” might be too reductive, but this could have been either a delightful masterpiece or absolute garbage, and it’s neither. If you’re a huge Castlevania fan, it could be a lot of fun. If you liked Bloodstained better than most, then you’ll love this game. But when the sun rises in this house, Chronicles will simply disappear, like a nightmare with lingering doubts left in the day."
I went from watching at the sidelines, to wanting a Switch, to having to have a Switch and to getting a Switch within 6 months. I haven't played my PS4 since and I have a huge backlog already thanks to some amazing Indies. Nintendo needs some decent AAA this year to keep the ball rolling but I'm pretty sure they will do it.
The Nintendo Switch doesn't need new games to keep the ball rolling. The gaming press have already decided that Nintendo is now the baby face and Sony is the heel. Next generation they'll probably build up Microsoft's next console in an unwarranted fashion.
I have a Switch and I feel like it’s the perfect complement to the PS4. I couldn’t be happier having both systems. I have a ton of games to play on the PS4 and I can take Mario to go on a plane or a cofee shop. It’s the first time I own multiple consoles in a very long time and it’s pretty darn cool.
Well it's probably Microsofts turn next gen, the 360 was the darling of the games industry. They tried there best to kill ps3 with so much negative press. Personally never liked the 360 much, the ps3 was the better system.
I hope they have a lot planned
