Netatmo and Other Businesses Are Bullying eBay Sellers with Unenforceable Cease and Desist Letters

A friend of mine recently told me an interesting story. After selling on eBay for only one month, she received a cease and desist letter from Netatmo claiming trademark infringement and unfair competition. Looking into the issue revealed a very interesting look at the secondary resale markets on eBay and Amazon.
