While there is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive available to everyone, a lot of players believe that Counter-Strike 1.6 is the best version of the game. One of them is most probably modder ‘JASONakaBOURNE’ who is currently working on porting Counter-Strike 1.6 to the Source Engine.

University of Texas at Dallas computer scientists have devised a new weapon against video game players who cheat.
1st, it was just a trial for a lab study. 2nd, they can easily download that game on to a PC, install cheats, and set a private server to only play amongst themselves. If it is successful, and can prove its worth to other companies, it could very easily come to CoD. It's not like it is widely available for CS players right now or anything.
Counter Strike 1.6 s now available on all browsers that include, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
I tried GO but couldn't get into it. Movement feels too floaty. My favorite weapon in Source would have to be the Schmidt Scout.
