I’m just saying it’s very convenient for people to change their opinions about now of all times. For example during the 7th gen, people criticized PSP for offering so many console style games on the go and wanted more portable experiences like its rival DS offered. Now look how that mindset has changed.

Many people criticized the 3DS for being weak (me included). The power (or lack there of) of the 3DS prevented from getting many great games.

I don't think it's really so much about boasting, as it is about countering all of the nay-sayers that keep putting down games on the system without taking its size and power capabilities into account.

It seems like none of them are willing to admit that squeezing console-sized games down into a hybrid [HY! BRID!] system is a pretty impressive technical feat.

Power doesn't matter with handhelds...or home consoles for that matter. Games matter, and Nintendo's handhelds have been unmatched in quality of games on handheld systems, with the only close competitor being Sony's PSP.

I wouldn't call it a "powerhouse"... shit, it barely looks better than a Vita at times. Luckily Nintendo's first party team knows how to maximize their hardware... besides Xenoblade Chronicles 2, damn that game is ugly in portable mode.

I’m loving my switch. Yes it’s not hdr or 4k but it’s priced perfectly. Not a rip off like x one x. Really hope virtual console comes out for it
