"The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.
As for cost, we selected initial values based upon data from the Open Beta and other adjustments made to milestone rewards before launch. Among other things, we’re looking at average per-player credit earn rates on a daily basis, and we’ll be making constant adjustments to ensure that players have challenges that are compelling, rewarding, and of course attainable via gameplay.
We appreciate the candid feedback, and the passion the community has put forth around the current topics here on Reddit, our forums and across numerous social media outlets.
Our team will continue to make changes and monitor community feedback and update everyone as soon and as often as we can."
6 years ago, Battlefront II launched its Capital Supremacy update, adding Commando Droids, ARC Troopers, and game-changing improvements.
Nearly 5 years after its last content update, Star Wars Battlefront II is back in PlayStation’s top downloads. What’s behind this surprising resurgence?
I noticed more people on my friends list playing it recently and I was wondering what was happening. Not going to lie though they kind of made me want to download it again too
Great MP shooter.
I'm just sad there are not more people playing standard TDM
I'm not a fan of the bigger maps/modes
Celebrating 5 years of the Age of Rebellion update in Battlefront II! New weapons, reinforcements, Co-Op expansion & game improvements that shaped the experience.
What a strange article. Great game I still play it too this day. In fact I last played it on Tuesday. Completely oblivious to this update. Only ever play galactic assault and haven’t noticed any changes particularly over the years. Struggling to understand the reason why the article felt necessary enough for someone to write up..
We see right through the BS, Ea.
BS EA just stop
Been fun so far and shockingly... haven't spent a dime on a loot box.
I feel all this loot box crap will lead to another game crash in very soon.
Eventually loot boxes will be required for almost anything.
Hell even Rockstar is going to implement them now.
The gaming industry will falter and flatline if they think this level of greed will go unquestioned. While they shape their games to maximize profit, they've also hardened my resolve to not buy games I'd normally be on the fence about. Gone are the days where I go in with an open mind and clear heart.
Anything associated to the developers/publishers that follow this practice, officially die upon announcement.
They can spin their empty frail words all they want. I see through it.
