In Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 players become new recruits in Jillian's boot camp where they enroll in a unique training program composed of challenging fitness tests and an ever-changing series of workouts.
Players choose their workout from four types -- Weight Loss, Strength Training, Intervals and Hill Climb -- and set the intensity to light, medium or hard for a duration between 10 and 60 minutes.
Developed by 3G Studios, Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 is scheduled for release in North America on Oct. 21, 2008 for $39.99.
Walk It Out targets lazy people who enjoy playing video games but instead of spending the money to purchase this game, you can partake in the exact same thing by leaving the house and walking around the neighborhood for FREE. This game has a decent concept, but without any real variation and the control issues, it doesn't travel far.

Women are beautiful how ever they are. Stop forcing'em to be among the flock with your narrow view of beauty. I stopped watching the Insider & Inside Edition just because 90% of the show's time all they talk about who's anorexic and who's fat. It's like a media controlled mentality, making'em feel paranoid that they're social outcasts, only approving their existence from a sexual standpoint; Hot, I'd hit it, sausage, instead of smart, quite a character, a pure heart.
Maybe if you spent half as much of those comments on the latter they would try to prove themselves in a good way rather than show off how 'tight' their asses are.
I actually enjoy watching people of different shapes, colors and ethnicity, how boring the world would be if everyone would try to be the same as the next one.
I am not the pathetic media that feels the need to sell more weight loss pills or tanning creams. I am a normal guy that loves my wife for who she is. Granted, she is 5 foot 3 inches and 112 pounds of love machine but that is only because I am lucky as heck to have her. As for America and their fetish, come on, I see the same fetishes over seas. It isn't just America, it's all over and it should stop. I do however feel though that it is better to eat healthy and stay within a decent weight but going to the extreme is out of line.

Most overweight people i know are happy when they eat..May be thats because of the media or they just simply lost control over their lives. I can understand those with illness but the rest need some discipline ...
I think that you forget that there are so many cultures within America. For instance, I don't particular see the push for African Americans being about skinny females, but thick sisters. The porn industry shows that there is pretty much love for females of all shapes and sizes.
