A nice little tip on how to access the map in Destiny 2.
In a world where Gambit thrived, Destiny 2’s seasons, storylines, and even its endgame might’ve revolved around PvEvP as a core foundation.
Destiny already has the pretty hyper 'raid' fixation and then they added legendary raid dungeons. Hyperfixating in PvEvP wouldn't work as well because you need a lot more than 2% of the userbase to keep that going unlike raids that are propped up by streamers who make running them their whole job. Most players don't play all the raids let alone run them over and over. And most who play PvP don't want structured PvE elements.
Destiny 2's Episode Heresy has done a lot of things right, but players have noticed an odd change that makes the endgame harder.
Destiny 2's Heresy is about to be released, and it's already lacking an important part of new seasons and Episodes.
This is an article lol! And I love the link to its a step back, but it's only a link to the shaders issue. I'm split on it B/C I love mmo's and crafting. And if these let you shade each piece and weapon, I dunno. I'd be happier if you could farm mats to create them once you got the color once.
At first, I joined in on the money hording hatred for Activision (still pissed they can't offer dedicated servers!), But when my friend told me last night that he has 56 of them already, I was like...hmmm. For a game that many will play everyday until 2020, I'm guessing thuwily l have thousands of them. And if some ppl support the game by buying them for cheap, I'm down.
In an age in which sub fees are looked at as evil, and players demand constant content of the highest caliber, meaning a full time team must always be running at full capacity, it needs to keep making money beyond launch. It's a business. And to keep away micros that are absurd and game breaking, or paid dlc every week, I'm on board. Spending a few hundred drslars on a game that you log 1000's of hours in isn't too bad!
A few general tips:
1. As noted, OPTIONS + TOUCH PAD = open map immediately.
2. The power of the gear is calculated by your "best possible power" considering your inventory, not your equipped gear, so:
2.1. Don't destroy your high level gear if it has the highest power for that slot.
2.2. You don't need to equip bad items just to get better loot.
3. Your legendary engrams have their power defined the moment they are created. So there's no need to store them for later. You can actually see their power just by hovering the cursor over them.
Anyone else?
