"Sundered is contradictory. First and foremost, the game is Lovecraftian, following protagonist, Eshe, as she enters into a dream-world full of mystery, strange gods, and old relics… The game is genuinely fun to experience, and players will be able to lose themselves for 10 or even 20 hours exploring and fighting through the eldritch caverns and ruins. Nevertheless, the game lacks the fine minutiae to bring the two main parts together for a satisfying overall experience."
