Overwatch Dive Meta May Be Crumbling, Thanks To South Korea

The Overwatch Dive Meta – heralded as “the death of professional Overwatch” by some pessimistic players – may be on its way out.

In one of this week’s Overwatch World Cup games, The South Korean National Team went up against Kongdoo Uncia. Kongdoo was running a slightly modified dive comp of Winston, D.Va, Tracer, Lucio, Zenyatta, and Soldier. The typical counter, for months, has been for the other team to also use a dive comp. But South Korea ran something different.
