As soon as I picked it up to wipe the years of neglect off I was instantly thrown back in time to a post-apocalyptic world where the only law of the land was the smoking barrel of a M1A1. I’m of course referring to 3D0’s BattleTanx series which hit the Nintendo 64 (the original was an exclusive) and PlayStation back at the turn of the millennium, a series that has laid dormant for almost 20 years but should definitely shake off the cobwebs and rejoin the modern gaming discussion."
