Game is sold out in Berlin, where I live as well. Don't understand why Activision didn't ship more. Then again game is currently very popular, maybe they underestimated the demand.

lptmg2640d ago

they probably went super conservative with the shipments because of all the unfair skepticism towards 3D platformers nowadays

Nitrowolf22640d ago

I went into walmart and they had a whole two rows of them morning of release. Had to pick it up later that day but all of them sold out, manage to snag the last copy over at gamestop.

Not sure if they jist shipped a low amount, or if its just doing that good.

Eonjay2640d ago

@Nitro:

Could be both. Honestly, Activision doesn't seem like the type to willingly undership.

I wanted to buy retail but my store here said their shipment is delayed. So I bought it digital instead by taking advantage of the 10% discount for Eid celebration that ended yesterday. So far so good with the game. It truly is a nostalgia ride

lptmg2640d ago

damn, it was piss easy to find it where I live (São Paulo)

Gecksta2640d ago

when i picked up my copy at best buy there was only a few left and the employee was laughing saying everyone has been coming in for this game only. Glad to see crash is getting the appreciation it deserves need to bring back more classics like spyro or gex and other awesome platformers and other games. yooka-laylee(yes i know it's a new installment but still a good spiritual successor to me), sonic mania, crash bandicoot i'm a happy gamer so far this year a part of my heart as a gamer is warming up that's been empty for years that's been missing these kind of games and i'm having lots of fun with them.

UltraNova2640d ago

Did you play the og Banjio K back in the day? If yes how does it compare to yooka-laylee? I really want to get it but i dont have the time to sink in on a game I will want to like but end up leaving unfinished.

Nsane numbers. Can we not get a current patch for the trilogy and CTR 60fps and/or 4K? And might as well release a PC port for NF while you're at it, make it happen!

I’m waiting for a dead or alive article to pop up myself

It was the other day I was thinking of picking up crash team racing because I like kart racers like Mario kart and Team Sonic Racing, but I was shocked to find out that Crash team racing is still 30 fps.
