With the curtains already closed for E3, the company that runs a yearly analysis of E3’s coverage statistics, ICO Partners, just released the numbers today. In the blog post by Thomas Bideaux, ICO Partner’s CEO, it shows that Microsoft “won” the E3 coverage race in this year’s E3.
Amid rumors it was looking to sell Eve Online developer CCP Games, Pearl Abyss has given a statement to Insider Gaming.
Keiichiro Toyama—the creator and original director of the 1999 Silent Hill—shared his personal thoughts on the recently announced remake by Konami, reflecting on what the project means to him after more than two decades:
“I felt something similar when the game was adapted into a movie. It deeply moved me to see the names of the characters and locations I had created come to life visually, even though I wasn’t directly involved. That wouldn’t have been possible without the continued support of the fans and the dedication of the developers who’ve kept the series alive.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how the remake evolves this time. With the advanced technology we now have, I’m sure I’ll be surprised by how the game is reimagined. Since the original was built for the first PlayStation, there will naturally be challenges—like the camera and controls—but I’m eager to see bold and creative solutions to those elements.”
Haha Not only is bold and creatively not what the industry wants, it’s not what most people want.
They want to get scammed and pay twice for a thing they already own.
Was the SH2 remake even bold? Or was it more or less just a 1 to 1 over the shoulder remake?
Capcom Spotlight is just around the corner: tune in to see the latest titles being shown off by the Japanese masters.
New IP, please. Used to be (in the 80s) if it was a Capcom game, you knew it was good.

Good Job Microsoft you deserve it.
Ok. So, the problems I see with the XBOXONEX: (other than the name) is too expensive.
Is not even 500 bucks, it's in the thousands, cause u need also a 4k TV.
4kTV's are gonna be cheap like in 4 years from now (maybe 3)
You could buy one with your regular set, but what's the point?
And what u gonna buy all that for? to play cuphead? (Which btw looks so cute!
I'd buy that game cause I absolutely love old 40's cartoons)
It has no games. It was so boring... Do you think people care about Teraflops?
They didn't sold the device.
Why would u want to get a PS4pro?... is cheaper, and yeah u also need a 4ktv ; not really but,
let's say u don't have one: still better performance than regular PS4, definitely better performance
for PSVR, and tons and tons of games, exclusives: sony exclusives and 3rdP exclusives, and 3rdP non exclusives,
and indies...
i am surprised the difference is less than 400 TBH. sony annoucned 2 games with one being exlcusive while MS announced a console. you would expect coverage to be a lot higher.
Imo it really didn't win E3 at all,nor Nintendo or Sony though the later 2 kept it safe. For starters I was hoping their show would have captured my interest in buying one.Not every game will run in native 4k,Crackdown 3 reveal was the graphics were gimped/dumb down,a new Forza of course,no new original interesting exclusives shown & the rest were multi-plats & lackluster indies with a 500 dollar price tag for a mid gen XBOX. Sorry...no way.
personal preference to be honest UBI had the best conference games wise for me followed up by sony and bethesda
that whole 42 games and using world exclusive console launch and using the word exclusive in general in deceiving ways wasn't good by MS. 42 games yet nothing we didn't know already besides metro
