Stuff Review: Wario Land: The Shake Dimension
Jason Hill writes: "After Nintendo turned the humble platform game on its head last Christmas with the magnificent, gravity-defying Super Mario Galaxy, the old-school two-dimensional "hop’n’bop" action of Wario Land seems like an anachronism. Fortunately, that doesn’t mean it isn’t fun.
Holding the Wii Remote sideways, players control greedy bad-boy Wario as he tries to snaffle coins and other treasures that litter the various levels while stomping on foes, disappearing down pipes, belly-flopping and smashing blocks."
