The Best Final Bosses of Final Fantasy

Eyes on FF: "Wow, that's a mouthful. So perhaps I've been watching too many YouTube Vids about the Dark Souls games, and this topic comes up way too much, but I figure I'll give it a try for a series I've spent way too much time with. Though I will state right now that this list will omit the MMO bosses due to me never finishing any of them, so I can't make a fair judgement. I am also not going to count battles that are obviously fixed story fights such as Cloud's final duel with Sephiroth or the Yu Yevon fight since those battles are more about story than actual battle mechanics. "

Sephiroth takes the cake for me.
Just a big fan of the character plus who dosent like one winged angel ( love black mages version from AC )

Also hated that bitch from tactics, until I learned about a certain summon helps a lot.

Okay the worse for me was not a final boss. It was a boss though. I think in Final fantasy 6. You could NOT hurt her. Every physical attack healed her. Every elemental based attack healed her. She appeared as a undead kinda boss but even spells like Holy, and light based spells did not hurt her. They too Only healed her. Status spells did not hurt her, petrify, poison etc.

I found out how to beat her by accident! I was casting reflect on my characters to protect, and survive. And every once in awhile she was casting reflect on herself. Well once by accident I miss timed when my reflect spell would wear off(the plan was to cure my character because of her physical attacks). Well I still had one reflect turn left on one and it reflected my cure spell onto her (even though she had reflect active, a spell could only be reflected once). And the cure spell hit her but instead of healing her it hurt her! what's that did she just have a RED/negative number and make a painful sound? Yes she did! Finally a way to hurt this boss. The rest is history!

I hit her with cure spells, like cure, curaga and regen, as well as curing items. Finally! Killed her!

Fighting your way up the tower until finally making your way to Kefka was amazing.
