What I've said with Switch applies here: it's only been out for a little bit and needs time to gain more momentum and games. FarPoint releases tomorrow. Give it time. If Sony decides to treat it like the Vita and ignore it, then start to worry; but for now, it seems to be doing just fine.

I'm not a fan or owner of VR; however, 6 months isn't enough time to warrant it a success or failure. I still say give it some time. E3 may have some announcements

This may be true. They kept on saying this year is the year of vita, move, 3D.... Sony doesn't poor much money to devices that don't have a growing instal base. People say VR is different but it's really not. It's aimed to those that want a new experince but that requires a steep $400. If there isn't much 1st party support by E3 than you can sure bet Sony will be making proper steps to pull a plug. However I give it a year if it doesn't take off for Sony to abandon it

Still have high hopes for VR. Hopefully show some good games at E3 which really make use of the feature. Haven't played RE7 but thats a good start. We need some killer apps- full on beastage in the yeastage

Farpoint looks like a generic low quality shooter from the indie scene, but it is the most compelling game for PS VR right now.

I really hope Sony punches the kitten and go all out at E3. If not, I would be concerned.

What are the numbers? I haven't seen sales numbers on PSVR by Sony. They have been a little allusive like Microsoft and Xbox One numbers. As for being sold out, is it sold out or not in stock? With limited shelf space, retailers are less likely to stock something that isn't selling.

Only time will tell. Production has been ramped up, some more games slowly coming out, hopefully they have more on store. I want some rpgs , and I have Farpoint coming tomorrow. Its a cool piece of technology but it needs more games. It is very early days and I hope for the best, E3 may shed some more light on the future

Mine isn't, I sold it. I am sure it is collecting dust at someones house, but not mine anymore. Crap resolution, mini games, poor tracking, Move drift, lens fog, wires everywhere... yeah, goner. Dont buy into the hype the Sony fanboys toss out there, phone VR is just as good as this thing.

Ehhh I own a psvr and can say I use it daily for re7 and I just got Batman be which to me Batman was the best. In Batman you can walk around ur room ND you would move in Gam as well which was crazy. It was the day feeling to walk to the end of a building an look over

VR is a lifestyle change not a few months diet, after playing Dirt Rally on VR I will not go back to playing racing games on 1 screen unless I have no choice, after playing horror games for many years only VR gave me the chill experience I'v been waiting for all my life.

Flying a T-Fighter in a Star Wars game is a dreams comes true. Can you imagine Gran Tourismo on VR its like owning all the real cars, Ace Combat 7 Wow! . if only all the the games adds a VR museum mode like Uncharted or God of War , where you can see the characters very close that will be enough.

You cannot satisfy all the customers as some will feel it is a dead product while others think of it as the real deal, just like Nintendo Switch if you think of it as a console like PS4 and Xbone then it will be a very weak one, but others who think of it as a Handheld will tell you that they got a Beast.

VR was DOA while it was being conceived. The tech needs about 25 years before it something to get excited about.
