The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd is a more than worthy conclusion to the saga, tying up loose ends while setting things up for future games.

Just bought The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel literally an hour ago, I was on the fence of buying it right now because I know I'm not going to be able to play it right away, between work and my backlog it will be months, but then decided to do it and pay full price now so I could support the series and the localization of the next ones in the series / possibly a new one
Been playing the Decisive edition since release and I've been loving every minute of it. First-time player here. Story is great, love the characters and I've been taking my time exploring the world. About 80-hours in and I'm only in Chapter 4, average level 42. Trying to max out/discover everything during my first play-through with multiple save files. Is it possible?
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd is the third game in the long running Trails series from Nihon Falcom, which has been expertly localized by XSEED Games. The series is soon to release its eighth entry in Japan, and currently there are five here in the West. Like all other entries, this series is unique in that each game follows on from the previous entries as direct sequels, in this case taking place about six months after the events of Trails in the Sky SC.

Very good game so far. Didn't think it was gunna be as good as the games before it but surprised it did. Great job on falcom.
Going to be a few years until I play this but good to know that when I get around to it, it will most likely be a really solid game.
