10 million European DSs now… 20 million by Dec 07?

Last week Nintendo Europe was boasting about selling 1.7 million DSs during December. Perhaps more impressive though is that four million of those sales have happened since September 2006.

So on that basis, it is possible that the European DS total could reach 20 million by the end of 2007, although that assumes the price of the DS Lite is cut to the current price of the original DS – €130 or £89 – to keep sales ticking over.
