Before beginning this preview, Dwellers Included would like to break the editorial norm and speak in the first person for a moment: we haven't had this much fun just screwing around in a game since Jet Set Radio came out on the Dreamcast. No, you aren't a gang of rollerskaters trying to vandalize the entirety of Tokyo-to with your personal tag while evading the police. In Hover: Revolt of Gamers, you're part of a group of kids who are trying to essentially do the same thing with the addition of a few customization aspects.
